The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
Working as part of a team to drive walk-in horticultural machinery sales and promote the Tuckwell brand.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, working every other Saturday morning on a rota basis.
Essential Duties:- To learn to facilitate and drive walk-in sales by giving advice on equipment options and suitability.
- Prepare machinery specifications and pricing quotations.
- Giving excellent customer experience in the showroom.
- Execute all sales process steps to achieve high sales performance in conjunction with the sales tools available from our suppliers.
- Gain and maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment including accessories and attend relevant sales training events.
- Be aware of competitor activity and products, and communicate to the sales management accordingly.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure good delivery, demonstrations and follow-ups are carried out as required.
- Use CRM to log all enquiries, opportunities and contacts.
- Assist with open days and regional shows as required.
- Excellent customer service delivered using a friendly and professional attitude.
- Horticultural/Turf industry knowledge or an interest in the industry would be an advantage.
- An understanding of how to promote and deal with web sales.
- Driving seasonal promotions, advertising and maintaining showroom pricing to match promotions.
- An interest in developing showroom layouts and seasonal displays.
- Excellent attention to detail to accurately arrange deliveries and demonstrations.
- This role would suit someone who is keen to learn and develop themselves.
- This role requires a valid driving licence and a willingness to occasionally tow a trailer.
