In line with our ongoing growth, we are looking for a self‑motivated, ambitious, confident individual to step into the role of Operations Manager based at our Dartford branch, ready to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the intermediary between the Operations Department and the road crews.
- Responsible for the management of their team and all job documentation.
- Spearhead day‑to‑day operational planning.
- Oversee training, recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives.
- Monitor branch performance and provide monthly reports.
- Actively engage in sales and business development.
- Supervise the warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to all levels of staff.
- Proficient in efficient planning and adept at problem solving.
- Highly organised, motivated, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to thrive under pressure.
Whilst removals experience is preferred, candidates from the transport and logistics sectors will also be considered.
