In line with our ongoing growth, we are looking for a self‑motivated, ambitious, confident individual to step into the role of Operations Manager based at our Dartford branch, ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the intermediary between the Operations Department and the road crews.
  • Responsible for the management of their team and all job documentation.
  • Spearhead day‑to‑day operational planning.
  • Oversee training, recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives.
  • Monitor branch performance and provide monthly reports.
  • Actively engage in sales and business development.
  • Supervise the warehouse operations.
Core Skills Required
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to all levels of staff.
  • Proficient in efficient planning and adept at problem solving.
  • Highly organised, motivated, with meticulous attention to detail.

Whilst removals experience is preferred, candidates from the transport and logistics sectors will also be considered.
