Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to Project Director / Engineers.
- Keep proper documentation and filing system.
- Performing e-submissions to authorities.
- Preparing fee proposals, RFP and Gebiz.
- Receive incoming telephone calls and take messages for Project Director / Engineers.
- Type and file letters, specifications and statutory forms for all assigned projects.
- Assist Project Director / Engineers in monitoring project progress in timely issuance of documents and notices.
- Assist in arranging the calling of project tenders if required.
- Daily downloading of authorities’ reply from Corenet system.
- Daily email archival.
- Relieve the Receptionist as may be required due to absence from position.
Pre-Requisites
- Min. Education Level: Diploma or NITEC Certificate in office skills.
- Year of Experience Required: 3 to 10 years.
- Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel and office administration.
- Language: English, Chinese (Mandarin).
