Qualifications:
- Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and with Green Mark certification for Architect.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience in handling projects from concept to construction.
- Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical co‑ordination site issues.
- Work closely with the project team in the co‑ordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive environment.
- Contract administration.
- Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
- AutoCad and BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
