P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisorto join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full time, permanent basis. Role Summary: The ideal fit for this role will have a background in customer services and/or sales and be confident speaking with and supporting customers. But more important is finding someone passionate about delivering a positive customer experience that exceeds expectations. You will receive ongoing training and support from day 1 to help you understand the business and to support your professional development. Main Responsibilities: Dealing with customer enquiries and requests via email, phone and online chat. Supporting the Sales team by processing orders and providing quotes for customers. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Person Specification: Have an excellent work ethic. Be polite, honest and personable. Have fluent, confident and upbeat phone etiquette. Be familiar with using a PC and have great written English. Ideally have previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales roles.
