We are seeking to fill a full-time position for a Security Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess experience in access control systems, CCTV systems, and intruder alarms, with a minimum of two years of relevant sector experience. P&R Electrical Contractors Limited have been established for over 10 years and we continue to expand. Our clients are predominantly commercial such as local councils, factories, offices, and schools. We cover a wide variety of areas across the North West.
Job Role
- Install, repair and maintain a variety of security systems including CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on site.
- Provide a comprehensive demonstration of the security systems including set up and operation to clients.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a security systems engineer.
- Good knowledge of various security systems including CCTV, door access control and alarm systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A driven attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated on industry regulations.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
Working hours are 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday with overtime available daily. Weekly pay. All local work, no working away. Full uniform provided. Company pension. Company van and fuel card. Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays plus 1 additional holiday for your birthday (to be used anytime).
