A boutique niche practice specialising in property finance, recovery, and litigation is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support its Property team. The firm provides expert legal advice on the sale of properties repossessed by mortgagees as well as the purchase and sale of residential properties for individuals. You will assist fee‑earners with a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management Support: Assist solicitors in managing caseloads involving the sale of mortgagee‑repossessed properties and the purchase/sale of individual residential transactions.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates.

About you:

  • Qualified: You hold a Law Degree (LLB) or have completed the GDL, LPC, or SQE.
  • Experience: You have at least 2 years' experience in property law, litigation, or debt recovery.
  • Technically Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced with legal Case Management Systems.
  • Self‑Reliant: Able to work under pressure to meet tight court deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Professional Approach: Committed to high standards of client care and continuous professional development.

Please note the work is on-site 5 days a week in Hertfordshire, WD6.
