My client is a highly respected boutique leadership consultancy that partners with senior global leaders to drive profound organisational change. Their work is built on depth, trust, and long-term relationships—and they are looking for a marketer whose approach mirrors those values.
We are seeking a thoughtful, experienced Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to take ownership of how the firm’s intellectual property and insights are brought to market. This is not a "volume-heavy" digital role; it is a content-led growth role focused on translating sophisticated ideas into structured, high-value campaigns.
The Role
- Working in close partnership with the Business Development Manager and senior stakeholders, you will own the execution layer of the marketing strategy.
- You will be responsible for building visibility and engagement within a relationship-driven environment where "personal and value-led" communication is the priority.
- This is an ideal role for a B2B marketer with a strong foundation in CRM systems, ready to take full ownership of a content ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Campaign Ownership: Build and manage a coherent content ecosystem, turning the firm’s deep intellectual property into tailored campaigns for global leadership audiences.
- Audience Engagement & HubSpot: Maintain and develop segmented audience groups within HubSpot, designing nurture journeys that deepen relationships over time.
- Marketing Operations: Lead the technical execution of the marketing plan, including email campaigns, landing pages, and ensuring high-tier data quality.
- Event Marketing: Drive the promotion and follow-up strategy for high-touch events, including webinars and executive roundtables.
- Measurement: Track engagement metrics and use data-driven insights to refine messaging and delivery.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing, ideally within Professional Services, Consultancy, or a high-touch SaaS environment.
- Hands-on HubSpot expertise (this is central to the role’s success).
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to handle complex, "human-centric" topics with nuance.
- Proven experience in content-led lead generation and campaign management.
- A background in consultancy or professional services.
- High level of comfort working alongside senior subject matter experts and founders.
You should be a thoughtful, values-driven professional who enjoys working autonomously. If you are naturally curious about leadership culture and prefer "quality over quantity" in your marketing execution, you will thrive in this environment.
This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), ideally suited to a marketer who enjoys taking ownership of a specific project phase. Whether you are a career contractor or looking for a significant mid-term project, this role offers the chance to work with high-level IP in a world-class consultancy environment.
