To keep pace with today’s hiring landscape, the charity is modernising its support model. They are seeking empathetic, tech-savvy recruiters, HR professionals, or similarly skilled professionals who want to give back by volunteering as CV Advisors.

How You’ll Give Back

  • Working 1-on-1 with charity members, from recent graduates to experienced senior managers, you’ll share your insider hiring knowledge to help them stand out in the competitive job market.
  • 1-on-1 Volunteering: Conduct flexible online sessions (via Zoom, phone, or email) to review CVs, refine covering letters, and help members articulate their career story.
  • Sharing Modern Knowledge: Demystify modern recruitment for job seekers, sharing practical guidance on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), keyword optimisation, LinkedIn visibility, and AI tools.

  • Helping the Charity Evolve: Bring fresh, contemporary ideas to the volunteer team to help update digital guidance notes, templates, and advice tools.
