Architect a data-driven revenue engine in a mission-led SaaS environment. Are you a SaaS Operator who understands that high-performing sales teams are built on a foundation of clean data, automated systems, and a culture of continuous improvement? My client is a respected leader in digital compliance and quality management. Given the growing complexity of their revenue streams and a commitment to data-led decision-making, they are seeking a dedicated Commercial Operations & Revenue Insights Manager. This role is the "missing link" on their senior team. You will inherit a core team and a modern tech stack, but your mission is to deliver the systems architecture and analytical rigour to turn their commercial engine into a predictable, scalable powerhouse.
Reporting to the leadership team, you will own the end-to-end commercial operations function. This is a pivotal role for a "builder" who excels at turning fragmented data into a unified source of truth while ensuring the commercial team has the coaching and tools to win. This isn't just an administrative CRM role. You are being hired to move the business from reactive reporting to proactive intelligence. You will have the autonomy to rebuild processes from zero and the budget to optimise a world-class tooling stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the commercial data lifecycle, synthesising Salesforce data into automated, high-fidelity dashboards that allow leadership to make strategic decisions in real time.
- Act as the coach and cheerleader for the commercial team, delivering structured onboarding and playbooks that reduce time to ramp and drive consistent performance.
- Take full control of the Salesforce instance and GTM tech stack, ensuring high data quality and seamless automated handoffs between departments.
- Lead the revenue operating cadence, improving predictive measures for bookings and renewals to provide absolute clarity on the business's growth trajectory.
- You have successfully led Commercial Operations or RevOps functions within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- You are a Salesforce technical expert who knows how to build clean, scalable workflows and integrate modern lead-gen and success tools.
- You never stop asking "why." You can gather requirements from non-technical users and translate them into robust, logical data models.
- You are a proactive operator who doesn't need a manual. You find fulfilment in identifying friction points and fixing them before they impact the bottom line.
