About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packaging & Quality Control Operative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for opening parcels, checking stock for quality and accuracy, repacking where needed, and ensuring all outgoing customer orders are correct and of a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and unpack incoming parcels with care and attention
- Inspect stock for quality, damage, and accuracy against delivery notes
- Check and verify all parcels before they are sent out to customers
- Repackage products to company standards for storage or dispatch
- Accurately record and report any discrepancies or damaged items
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Able to work to KPI\’s and SLA\’s
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members and supervisors
- Training will take place in Stockport, so candidates must be able to commute there initially
- After training, the role will be based in Wellesbourne
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or stock control experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work on your feet and lift parcels when required
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Willing and able to commute to Stockport for training
