As we prepare to open our brand-new store in Manchester, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience reflective of the P. Louise brand.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Flagship Store Manager to take full ownership of the store's performance and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high-performing beauty or cosmetics retail store, with a passion for people, product, and performance. This is a pivotal role, especially at the exciting launch of our flagship location, and requires someone who is fully flexible and 100% committed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve all sales and performance targets.

• Oversee all aspects of the store’s daily operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and scheduling.

• Ensure the store reflects the P. Louise brand identity and delivers a consistent and immersive brand experience

• Train and develop team members to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism

• Monitor store KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and vision of P Louise at all times

• Drive the launch and ongoing success of the store, ensuring it becomes a destination for beauty enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management, with a strong preference for beauty or cosmetics industry experience
