About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and highly experienced Head of TikTok to own and scale our TikTok Shop and wider TikTok ecosystem in the US. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising performance across paid and organic activity, and delivering high-impact campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Performance Ownership

  • Own and deliver against commercial targets for TikTok Shop, including revenue and profitability
  • Own channel performance metrics, ensuring strong ROI and contribution margin
  • Drive sales performance across product launches, tracking and analysing campaign effectiveness
  • Oversee and optimise marketing cost of sale across TikTok channels

Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Oversee paid ads performance, ensuring efficient spend and scalable growth
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns and launch moments across TikTok
  • Continuously test, optimise, and scale paid activity to maximise performance
  • Lead ecommerce campaign strategies, driving sell-through across product collections

TikTok Shop & Live Commerce

  • Drive commercial trade plans on TikTok Live, maximising conversion and engagement
  • Own and improve TikTok Shop health metrics, working cross-functionally to optimise account performance
  • Partner with internal teams to improve catalogue quality, fulfilment, and operational metrics
  • Build and optimise product merchandising and in-app shopping experience

Creator & Partnerships

  • Own relationships with creator agencies
  • Develop and manage a creator strategy to drive content, reach, and conversions
  • Build and nurture relationships with the TikTok Shop account management team
  • Leverage partnerships to identify opportunities, beta features, and growth initiatives
  • Stay ahead of the latest TikTok trends, features, and platform developments
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for early adoption of new TikTok tools and formats
  • Ensure the brand remains culturally relevant within the TikTok ecosystem

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading TikTok Shop or Ecommerce operations, preferably focused on the US market.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on ROI, margin, and performance marketing
  • Experience managing paid social budgets and performance campaigns
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, and agencies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
