We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day running of our TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for someone who is keen to develop their career in e-commerce, working closely with the wider team to ensure the channel runs smoothly, products are merchandised effectively, and customers enjoy a great online shopping experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the trading calendar by helping to upload content, schedule promotions, and ensure activity is delivered on time across the channel.
- Assist with channel updates, including uploading new products, refreshing content, and product pages for accuracy and quality.
- Monitor channel performance using the TikTok channel analytics.
- Help track category and product performance, pulling weekly or monthly reports to share with internal teams.
- Assist with product launches, ensuring new collections are merchandised correctly and high-stock items are well-promoted.
- Coordinate with the Buying & Merchandising (B&M) team to ensure stock availability is reflected online and product information is accurate.
- Keep an eye on competitors and trends, sharing observations with the team to help inform trading decisions.
- General administrative support for the e-commerce team, including maintaining product spreadsheets, checking product imagery, and assisting with campaign set-up.
