As we expand into the US market, we’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.

Role Overview

As our Paid Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end management of paid advertising across multiple digital channels, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention in both the UK and US markets.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging ad platforms to achieve KPIs.
  • Own budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring efficient use of ad spend.
  • Continuously test ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Leverage first-party data and CRM insights to refine audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns for an eCommerce brand, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, Triple Whale).
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
