We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant Supervisor to join our retail team.
This is an
exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual with a proven
background in supervising a beauty counter.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate
strong leadership skills, a passion for skincare and makeup, and the ability to inspire
and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and
exceed sales targets
Provide daily supervision, coaching, and motivation to staff, ensuring a positive
and productive working environment
Act as a role model in delivering expert product knowledge and makeup
demonstrations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the counter/store, including rotas, stock
management, and visual merchandising
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely
manner
Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and presentation
standards
Collaborate with management to implement promotional activity and new
product launches
Deliver regular feedback and performance updates to team members and
management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a supervisor on a beauty counter is essential
Experience in makeup artistry is desirable
Strong understanding of retail sales, customer service, and team leadership
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Confident in demonstrating and selling beauty products with expert knowledge
Able to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced retail
environment
