We are on the lookout for a Beauty Artwork designer to work within the business with a split role between the Regulatory and Compliance Team and Design team. This role is to create visual compliant branding, packaging, and marketing materials for beauty, skincare, fragrance products and gifting products for a large UK retailer. This role will bring our initial ideas and concepts to life with our creative design and artwork services. Our specialist designers ensure top-quality design is carried out throughout the entire process.
Work as part of a talented in-house design team, you will create high-quality digital & print content for a variety of channels.
- Sit within the Regulatory & Compliance team to work efficiently, with agility and with key on the spot guidance to ensure speed to market.
- Design and maintain high-quality visual content for product packaging such as labels, cartons, leaflets etc.
- Work with our PD team, Design and Compliance team to design & develop creative product and packaging concepts that are compliant for various markets like UK/EU/USA/GCC and others.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials. Create compelling visuals for online and instore product launches.
- Support across other areas of the business and its needs.
Requirements
- Graphic design experience, ideally 3+ years' experience working full time in the beauty industry and experience of artwork requirements under Cosmetic Laws.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Excellent layout, analytical and creative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and alongside the wider business.
Desirable Requirements
- 3+ years' experience working full time in the beauty industry.
- Familiarity of the P. Louise Cosmetics Brand.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary £31,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
