We are currently seeking a confident and customer-focused Host to join our team at the P Louise Empire. This is a key front-of-house role, where you will act as the first point of contact for visitors to our café and shop. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Stockport
Hours: Fully flexible availability required, including weekends. Permanent, full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage customer flow within the café and shop
- Provide general information and assistance to visitors
- Ensure the host stand and surrounding area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service
