About Us

At P Louise, we do beauty differently. With an ever-growing online presence and international customer base, our digital platforms are at the heart of our business. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Full Stack Developer to help us take our e-commerce and digital experience to the next level.

The Role

As our Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our digital platforms — with a strong focus on our Shopify e-commerce site. You will work across the full development stack, from front-end styling and UX/UI improvements to back-end integrations and automation. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior leadership to deliver user-centric, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes and applications.
  • Build, test, and deploy front-end and back-end web features.
  • Optimize site performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate on creative digital campaigns, landing pages, and seasonal promotions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and platforms (e.g., payment gateways, CRM tools, analytics).
  • Troubleshoot bugs and issues across the tech stack.
  • Maintain secure and scalable code using best practices.
  • Support digital innovation projects including new product launches and loyalty platforms.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Next.js.
  • Solid back-end knowledge using Node.js, PHP, or Ruby.
  • Deep experience working with Shopify, including:
  • Shopify Liquid templating
  • Custom theme development
  • Shopify API integrations
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and Agile development.
  • Understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Why Join P.Louise?

    • Be part of a fast-growing, trendsetting beauty brand.
    • Work in a creative, high-energy environment with a tight-knit team.
    • Opportunity to shape the digital future of a global cosmetics powerhouse.
