Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Ecommerce/Marketplace/TikTok Shop Manager to take ownership of our TikTok Shop strategy, execution, and growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, promotional campaigns, managing the relationship with TikTok daily and ensure best practise is adhered to.
This is an exciting role for someone who understands TikTok trends, eCommerce trading, and how to turn viral moments into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Shop Management & Optimisation
- Set up, manage, and optimise TikTok Shop listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, and pricing).
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment and inventory accuracy.
- Analyse performance data to optimise product visibility and conversion rates.
- Regularly monitor customer feedback on our service and products to ensure we meet TikToks rules, taking action where necessary.
Promotions & Campaigns
- Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions.
- Work closely with TikTok Shop team to leverage platform promotions.
- Monitor competitors and adjust pricing/strategy accordingly.
Content & Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate with the content team to produce TikTok-friendly videos that drive sales.
- Work with paid media teams to run TikTok Shop ads.
- Coordinate with the affiliates team to maximise product reach and engagement.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and reviews KPIs: Sales, ROAS, CTR, and best-performing SKUs.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor operation KPIs to ensure no TikTok Shop violations are hit.
- Monitor TikTok trends and share insights with the wider business.
What You’ll Bring
