Vehicle Technician / Mechanic & MOT Tester

We are looking for an enthusiastic Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester with excellent attention to detail, to join the team, initially at the Evesham dealership, but the role would float between our sites at Tewkesbury, Pershore and Evesham., * Level 3 qualified

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Strong problem-solving skills

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and MOT inspections on vehicles. You will utilise your mechanical knowledge and skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring that vehicles are in optimal working condition. Your ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools will be crucial in completing repairs and maintenance tasks.

In addition to technical skills, you should have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. You will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate completion of work orders. Maintaining accurate records of services performed is also an important aspect of this role

We recruit from a wide range of automotive backgrounds including franchised main dealers, independent garages, fast fit operations and self employed mechanics.

You will possess a Full UK Driving Licence.

We service and repair all makes and models including both cars and commercials and we are also Ford and KGM Authorised Repairers including being a Ford Transit Authorised Repair Centre. As a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester you will be responsible for servicing, carrying out MOTs and repairing all makes and models of vehicle to the highest standard ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Our hours of work are 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 13:00 alternate Saturdays.

Your Role

You will carry out servicing, MOTs and repairs on all makes and models of vehicle. Alongside this role is fault diagnosis and carrying out electronic Vehicle Health Checks which are viewed by our customers for an enhanced customer experience., As part of our team we offer the following benefits:
