Team Leaders – De-veg and Arboriculture | Cambridge
Due to an increase in work we are currently seeking experienced Team Leaders to join the organisation to lead our de-vegetation management and tree cutting teams. If you have a passion for arboriculture please read on!
PLEASE NOTE: A full UK driving licence (no more than 3 points) is essential.
We have a number of new job opportunities for Team Leaders that enjoy leading teams to deliver high quality de-veg and arb projects across our highways contracts.
The company provide all aspects of professional arboriculture & tree surgery requirements to highways, rail, landowners and commercial sectors to include local authorities, housing associations and schools.
You will be key to delivering safe, high quality work demonstrating excellent leadership skills and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams to deliver high quality de-vegetation management and arboriculture projects on highways contracts.
- Demonstrate safe working practices and a commitment to quality.
- Provide clear direction, planning and supervision of teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- The ability to work independently as well as lead teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
- Flexible (occasional night work is offered at a premium rate).
- Full driving licence (with no more than 3 points) is essential.
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role (with climbing or industry experience).
- Hold CS30/31 (chainsaw cross cutting and felling) / Chipper / Strimmer tickets.
