We are looking for a highly organised Business Systems Co‑ordinator to support the day‑to‑day administration, setup and ongoing management of Procore across our projects and teams. This role will act as a central point of contact for users across the business, helping ensure the system is used consistently and effectively while maintaining accurate project data and reporting. You will work closely with operational, commercial and compliance teams, supporting users and helping drive improvements in processes and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and systems skills who enjoys problem solving and wants to play a key role in improving how projects are managed across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new projects, users, permissions and templates within Procore
  • Provide support and guidance to staff, subcontractors and clients
  • Maintain accurate project directories, records and data quality
  • Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with relevant teams
  • Produce and maintain reports, dashboards and weekly cost data
  • Support operational, commercial and compliance teams with Procore processes
  • Assist with continuous improvement and implementation of new system features
  • Promote consistency and best practice across all users

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within construction, infrastructure or environmental sectors
  • Understanding of project administration or reporting processes
  • Experience supporting multiple users or departments
  • Experience with Procore is beneficial, but strong systems knowledge and a willingness to learn are equally important.
