We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Operations Support Co-ordinator to join our South East Arboriculture team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting others and like having plenty of variety in your day, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, helping us deliver a safe, efficient and high-quality service.

What you’ll be doing

As a central point of support for the Operations team, you’ll be involved in everything from training and onboarding to scheduling, compliance, finance administration and community initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training & Development: Supporting training plans, maintaining training records, assisting with apprenticeships and helping to onboard new starters.
  • Operations & Scheduling: Supporting resource planning, procurement and plant/machinery hire, booking road space and keeping rotas up to date.
  • Recruitment & HR Support: Working closely with HR and Operations to support recruitment, employee wellbeing initiatives and return-to-work processes.
  • Employee Administration: Processing holiday requests through HR, checking timesheets and helping to resolve employee queries.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Preparing RAMS, arranging site inductions and liaising with the Compliance team to ensure requirements are met.
  • Project & Systems Support: Creating and maintaining jobs in Procore, updating budget and compliance information, and helping champion our Customer Charter.
  • Finance Administration: Supporting invoice logs, financial tracking and forecasting activities.
  • Community & Social Value: Getting involved in local projects and initiatives that create a positive impact in the communities where we work.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating and working with a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Positive, proactive and willing to take ownership
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. If you enjoy bringing structure to busy operations, building strong relationships and making sure things get done, we’d love to hear from you.

Our company prioritises a supportive and developmental culture where we nurture the growth of each individual.

Become a part of our dedicated team, making a positive impact on the environment and our communities.

We believe that our team is the heart of our success, and we are committed to providing a work environment where everyone can thrive.
