We are looking for experienced De-vegetation Operatives, Arborists and Climbers to join our Polegate teams. You will be involved in delivering a range of works including vegetation clearance, tree surgery and infrastructure support across highways, utilities and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tree surgery, vegetation clearance and ground-based works
- Support safe working practices in line with site requirements
- Operate tools and machinery including chainsaws, chippers and strimmers
- Assist with climbing and aerial operations where qualified
Experience and Skills
- Experience in arboriculture or de-vegetation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Full UK driving licence
Required Qualifications
- CS30/31 Chainsaw experience
- Industry relevant tickets
- CS38/39 (climbing and aerial rescue)
- MEWP certification
- Chapter 8 signing, lighting and guarding
