We're looking for a confident, driven salesperson to take ownership of our Cheltenham showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves selling, enjoys building relationships, and wants to make a real impact.
The Role
As the sole Furniture Sales Consultant in the showroom, you'll manage the customer journey from start to finish. You'll welcome customers, provide expert advice, follow up enquiries, and turn opportunities into sales. You'll also keep the showroom looking its best and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with customers in the showroom, over the phone, and by email.
- Follow up leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain an inspiring, well-presented showroom.
- Keep CRM records up to date and develop excellent product knowledge.
- Represent the Bridgman brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Who We're Looking For
You’ll be confident, self-motivated, and passionate about selling. Comfortable working independently, you’ll enjoy building relationships, exceeding targets, and taking ownership of your showroom. Previous sales experience is preferred, but if you’re driven, eager to learn, and have a great attitude, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Offer
