We are looking for a Network Data Solutions Delivery Engineer to perform mobile network product delivery projects, with a focus on next-generation optimization techniques using our Network Automation Solutions.

This role involves active daily works and engagement with customers and internal teams, with ownership of project deliverables.

This is an in-office position based in Reading/Newbury .

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customer mobile network teams on network performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to the customer, and channel field feedback to the product, integration, and support teams.
  • Build custom dashboards and automated reports covering key network and business KPIs across multiple use cases.
  • Participate in technical meetings, monitor product performance, and track customer requirements.
  • Prepare and issue technical guidelines and the findings of technical studies.
  • Prepare and issue both engineering-level and executive-level reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of telecom domain KPIs and parameters across Radio, Core, and Transmission.
  • Previous experience at Vodafone UK or Three UK within Service Assurance or Quality Reporting functions is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries, plus understanding of data mediation platforms.
  • Experience administering or as a power user of umbrella performance management or service assurance products (e. g., Optima/Helix, Pr Optima, PRS, Eniq) is a plus.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with OEM vendor EMS/OSS systems, including managed objects, parameters, and measurements is a plus.
  • Experience with reporting and BI tools (e. g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View) is a plus.
  • UK residency and the right to work in the UK.
