The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded, highly hands-on Growth Manager to support the next phase of P.Happi’s growth. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is ambitious, proactive, numbers-driven and keen to prove themselves in a fast-moving startup environment. The role will be highly hands-on and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership and work independently. You will support customer acquisition, improve website conversion, optimise key digital channels and help drive retention across D2C. Initially, the primary focus will be on Google Ads, website optimisation, CRO and retention. Meta is currently managed by another member of the team but is expected to transition into this role later in the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise e-commerce performance, with an initial focus on Google Ads
  • Support Meta performance, creative testing and landing page improvements
  • Improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV and repeat purchase performance
  • Manage day-to-day Shopify updates and CRO improvements
  • Build and optimise Klaviyo flows and email campaigns
  • Support subscription growth, retention and repeat purchase initiatives
  • Track key growth metrics and turn insights into practical actions
  • Identify new growth opportunities across paid, organic and owned channels
  • Support daily customer service and use customer feedback to improve the wider customer journey

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in growth, digital marketing or e-commerce
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and setting up Google Ads campaigns without agencies
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo preferred
  • Analytical, organised and comfortable working with performance data
  • Very hands-on and happy to execute, not just strategise

  • Resourceful, proactive and keen to grow with the business
  • Interest in women’s health, wellness or consumer brands
