The Role
As a Wok Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard while maintaining speed, quality and consistency during service.
- Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes using traditional wok techniques
- Deliver exceptional food quality and presentation every service
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
