As a Warehouse and Fleet for DEAR Services, you will be responsible for safeguarding and managing inventory, vehicles, tools, and property maintenance. At DEAR Services, we offer an environment that allows you to set goals and achieve them. Responsibilities:
- Daily inspection of fleet vehicles for cleanliness and operational status
- Notify management timely of upcoming vehicle service needs
- Schedule vehicle services while keeping production needs in mind
- Manage parts inventory by issuing materials against valid POs and ensuring accurate recording
- Manage tool room inventory
- Manage building and grounds maintenance
- Clean and organize the warehouse at the end of each day
- Document all issues regarding materials, tools, and vehicles properly
- Daily update of vehicle operational status for management
- Update all vehicle maintenance in Geotab
- Possess basic skills in Google Sheets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Must be reliable
- Must have a valid WA State driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
