As a Senior Residential HVAC Technician for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and engage in conversations with clients while performing maintenance and service tasks. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to build and present options that fit their needs, wants, and budget while showcasing your craftsmanship! Responsibilities:

  • Must have a proven track record of successful HVAC installation or service
  • 5+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
  • Positive attitude
  • Hardworking
  • Must be reliable
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check

Compensation:
