Position Overview
The Production Manager oversees daily production of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation teams. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—while maintaining strong team performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor service and install teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical divisions.
- Manage scheduling, job assignments, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
- Review work orders, budgets, and profitability reports to track performance and improve efficiency.
