P. Ducker Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced HR & Development Adviser on a fixed-term maternity cover until 31 December 2027.
The role supports the Head of HR & Development, delivering advisory services to managers and employees across recruitment, development, wellbeing and retention.
You will handle disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance matters, drive end-to-end recruitment, and help develop HR policies and systems.
