Looking for an Accident Management Coordinator to provide end-to-end support to customers involved in road traffic accidents and insurance claims, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant claims journey.

The Accident Management Coordinator will coordinate vehicle repairs, replacement vehicles, insurance communications, and legal processes while delivering excellent customer service. The role acts as the main point of contact for customers, insurers, repairers, and solicitors, ensuring all instances are handled in line with UK regulations, company procedures, and service-level agreements.
