What we need from you:
As a Graduate Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the wider project delivery team in the commissioning, installation, and testing of our systems and equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a varied engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the commissioning, testing, and fault-finding of control systems.
- Work closely with project delivery engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and performance testing to verify system functionality.
- Provide technical support and documentation for commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to resolve issues and achieve successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- You may also take part in the production and Factory Acceptance Testing of the systems before being deployed to the site.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for project work.
- Must have UK Manual Driving license.
- Must meet security clearance requirements, including a DBS check, background screening, and verification of five years' history.
- Must hold an EU/EEA/Swiss passport to allow for working within Europe, if required.
