We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to help our business serve more customers more efficiently. A pleasant and helpful nature is more important to us than formal qualifications, although you ideally have both. You do need to enjoy talking to people and trying to make their day better by solving their problems or frustrations, so an engaging, positive, and cheerful disposition is a major ‘plus’.

The role is to support the Qualification development team; a friendly, dedicated, and professional group of good people.

Key Requirements:

  • Cheerful, positive, and helpful, and easily get on with others.
  • Prepared to ‘muck in’ to help out with stuff that’s not listed.
  • Organised and proactive. You meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, great team worker, and can maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have great attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills – minimum Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and web browsers.
  • Enjoys writing content with a strong grasp and a high standard of written English.

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, with a half-hour (unpaid) lunch break.

Location: Manvers, Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

Term: Permanent (subject to passing 6-month probationary period).

Start: Immediate (subject to satisfactory references).

Salary: Minimum Wage.
