We look after our properties from design to delivery and are continually improving to ensure that our homes, whether student or privately rented, continue to exceed expectations.
We are now looking to recruit a Site Administrator for our exciting new development at Kings Dock, Liverpool. Providing support to the Site Manager in ensuring the site office runs smoothly and all administrative tasks are accurately undertaken.
Key responsibilities include:
- Check, get signed and forward CBL Timesheets / New Starter Details/ Holiday and Absence Forms to Finance.
- Produce and forward daily man count to Managing Directors.
- Check and forward hours for all Agency staff (approx. 22 staff) to Finance for processing.
- Forward all delivery notes to Finance for processing each day.
- Assist with Daily Site Diary.
- Be onsite First Aider and ensure that first aid provisions are kept up to date.
- Produce/distribute Minutes for the Weekly Site Meeting.
- Assist with site Inductions, ensuring CSCS info are handed in and RAMS are signed; to ensure that copies are available each day.
- Maintain and update 42 working files.
- General administrative duties as assigned, ordering stationery, producing lists for site staff, ensuring all relevant forms are printed and available (timesheets, etc), locating missing delivery notes.
- Assist with payroll and general welfare queries/tax info.
- MMP File and Waste File (Skips).
- Archiving on completion of project.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in site administration or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in all aspects of MS Office.
Salary: £26,600 per annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
