The Role

As a Bus or Coach Driver, you’ll be at the heart of what we do—providing safe, reliable, and friendly journeys for our passengers. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Carrying out vehicle safety checks to keep everyone safe
  • Driving scheduled routes and private hires across the UK & Europe
  • Providing excellent customer service to passengers
  • Managing fares, tickets, and travel passes
  • Communicating with our operations team to keep services running smoothly
  • Keeping your vehicle clean, presentable, and ready for the road

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Reliable, professional, and take pride in their work
  • Friendly, approachable, and great with people
  • Safety-focused with a “can-do” attitude

You’ll need:

  • A full UK driving licence with Category D entitlement (or willingness to train with us)
  • A Driver CPC (DQC card) (training support available)
  • Good English communication skills
  • To live within a reasonable distance of Caistor (LN7 6SF)

No PCV licence yet? No problem. We’re actively recruiting trainee drivers and will support you on your journey to becoming a qualified professional driver.

Location

Based in Caistor, with opportunities across our depots in Lincoln, Louth, Horncastle and Grimsby.
