We are seeking a friendly and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and adherence to licensing laws.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods.
- Keep track of stock levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a focus on serving or bartending roles.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
