The Role
This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a highly specialised environment, working alongside experienced technicians and contributing to the care and preservation of exceptional historic motor cars. Your responsibilities will include a varied range of mechanical work, from:
- Basic mechanical preparation and workshop duties
- Routine servicing and maintenance
- Mechanical inspection and preparation of vehicles
- Supporting experienced technicians with more complex mechanical work
- Assisting with full mechanical restorations
- Working to the exceptionally high standards of workmanship and attention to detail associated with P & A Wood
About You
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, conscientious and genuinely passionate about classic motor cars. You should have previous mechanical experience and a sound understanding of vehicle maintenance. While the role is semi-skilled, previous mechanical experience is essential. Full in-house training will be provided to develop your knowledge and skills in the specialist field of pre-war Rolls-Royce and Bentley vehicles. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and pride in producing high-quality work are essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience, skills and knowledge to attract the very best candidate.
