Responsible for full cycle of recruitment & employment activities from sourcing of candidates to exit formalities. Monitor & ensure the efficiency of recruitment process and channels. Handle training process and coordinate.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 3-6 years solid HR experience in sizable company, preferably in Recruitment and Training
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Have AI Knowledge/ Good computer skills is preferred but not a must
- Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
- Independent, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
