Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership? We are currently looking for a driven and capable individual to lead our production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the production floor, managing teams, optimising workflows and ensuring all output meets our high quality standards and customer expectations.

Day & Night Shift Opportunities: We are recruiting for two Productions Managers to join our day and night shift teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, manage, and develop production teams to achieve performance, quality and safety targets.
  • Monitor and improve production processes, identifying opportunities for increased productivity and reduced waste.
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating effectively to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Maintain and promote strict adherence to health & safety, quality and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role within print, packaging or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of print and packaging processes, ideally including die cutting, finishing and carton production.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to adapt to business needs.
