This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production performance, quality, automation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
About the Print Production Manager role
- Lead digital print and automated finishing operations
- Manage production teams, KPIs, workflow and staffing
- Drive efficiency, quality and waste reduction initiatives
- Oversee UV varnishing, lamination and automated finishing processes
- Monitor machine performance, downtime and maintenance
- Ensure OTIF, quality and production targets are achieved
- Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Production Manager Requirements
- Strong Digital Print production experience
- Previous Production Management or Supervisory experience
