An exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Print Operator (Night Shift) to join Service Graphics, part of the Paragon Group. Known for its work in display graphics, print, design, mail, and software solutions, Service Graphics will now operate as part of Paragon's Marketing Services division. We are a market leader in providing bespoke large and small format digital print solutions.

We are currently looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and large format production skills to join our production team in Farringdon. To meet the continued growth of the business, you will be working within a busy varied manufacturing department. You will be working to a very high level with very tight deadlines. You will need to be able to set up jobs and check that correct materials are being used.

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week - 9pm - 6am

Your main duties would include:

  • Operating and maintaining large format printers such as Swiss Q, HP etc
  • Producing high-quality prints across a variety of substrates, including vinyl, banner, Foamex, Dibond, and more
  • Finishing tasks such as mounting, trimming, laminating, use of Kongsberg
  • Ensuring colour accuracy, print consistency, and top-tier output quality
  • Managing print queues, schedules, and job priorities
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the print area
  • Working closely with the production and pre press teams to meet deadlines
  • Troubleshooting print or machine issues when needed

Skills and Attributes we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Large Format Operator
  • Strong understanding of RIP software (Caldera, Onyx, or similar)
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding work
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of finishing equipment is a strong plus
