Double Day Shift Work Schedule: 06:00 – 13:30 Earlies, 13:30 – 21:00 Lates - Rotating weekly.

Are you an experienced Die Cutting Machine Operator with a passion for precision and performance? We are currently looking for skilled and dependable individuals to join our Cut & Crease production team, playing a key role in producing high-quality packaging components. As a Cut & Crease Minder, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining BOBST die cutting machinery to meet production specifications and deadlines. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our factory and as such, experience in die cutting/creasing, embossing and debossing is essential, along with a strong understanding of working with a variety of materials such as paper, folding boxboard, corrugated materials and other substrates used in packaging.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Set up and operate BOBST die cutting machines to precise packaging specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to ensure the highest quality and precision in cutting.
  • Load and unload materials accurately, ensuring proper alignment and cutting precision.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet tight deadlines and maintain high product standards.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and conduct routine maintenance to avoid downtime.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and quality checks are followed consistently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in die cutting, creasing, embossing and debossing.
  • Familiarity with folding carton and corrugated materials.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Willingness to work overtime and support other shifts when required.
