Currently we are seeking: Sales Engineer – UK As a Sales Engineer you will use your technical expertise and sales skills to understand customer requirements, present our solutions, and drive sales opportunities to successful outcomes Key responsibilities Establish and keep relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Develop and execute detailed account plans to achieve revenue and profit targets over short and long-term periods. Engage with new target customers to ensure technical support Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans. Engage in negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are pursued effectively and efficiently. Work closely with sales, marketing, product management and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with key suppliers to further develop the brand and exploit opportunities The successful applicant should have: A proven track record in generating new business as well as handling existing clients A proven track record in Technical Sales Practical experience of automotive suspension and brake system Proven experience with corporate and large long term clients Extensive knowledge of the automotive aftermarket Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Creativity and ability to think outside the box Experience of the light commercial vehicle sector would be an advantage Whats on offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
