I am partnering with a leading construction and design company committed to delivering high-quality projects with a strong focus on sustainability. This organisation is at the forefront of sustainable building practices, integrating low-carbon innovations, circular economy principles, and industry-leading certifications into their work.

They are seeking a Sustainability Manager to drive environmental initiatives, ensure compliance with sustainability frameworks, and influence strategic decision-making across their portfolio of clients at a national scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in the built environment sector.

In this role, you will:

• Lead sustainability initiatives across end to end projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Identify and implement low-carbon materials, circular economy strategies, and social value opportunities.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability best practices.
• Research and analyse market trends, government policies, and industry innovations to shape strategy.

Requirements:

• Degree in sustainability, environmental, or engineering field.
• Experience working with sustainability frameworks and certifications (BREEAM, WELL, LEED, and NABERS).
• Proven experience working in the built environment within sustainability positions.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Passionate about sustainability in the built environment.
