ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be working for a distinguished brand and be able to take your career to the next level! You’ll lead a dedicated team to maintain our hotel’s high standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment. GENERAL DUTIES:
- Oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule. Being hands-on whenever needed.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
- Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
- Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
- Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Part-time positions are available and will have to work on weekends if needed.

ABOUT YOU
As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent service. You will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, and demonstrate professionalism in your presentation and communication.
- Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
- Police check.
- You must have work rights within Australia.
