This is a maternity cover position for someone who can hit the ground running. You'll be working closely with our Head of Marketing, taking real ownership of day-to-day marketing activity across our UK business. It's a hands-on role with genuine scope, sitting across all three of our business verticals: D2C ecommerce, B2B wholesale, and our hospitality sites.
You'll bring solid marketing experience and be comfortable owning a varied remit from day one. You'll know your way around a content calendar, feel confident running social media channels, and be comfortable contributing to strategy as well as executing it.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Content & Social Media: Own the content calendar and social media output across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll be able to shoot and edit content yourself, keep a close eye on emerging trends, and bring fresh thinking to what we're doing and why. You'll also write, edit, and curate content across email, the website, printed collateral and other digital channels.
- Brand: Act as a brand guardian across everything we put out, ensuring consistency and quality in all marketing materials. You'll have a creative eye and good attention to detail, and you'll know when something's on-brand and when it isn't.
- CRM & Email: Manage automated CRM flows and regular newsletter communications. Contribute to a testing plan to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversion, and feed insights back to the team.
- Events: Support the planning and execution of Ozone events and brand collaborations in the UK, from intimate wholesale partner evenings to larger consumer-facing activations. You'll help coordinate logistics and make sure things run smoothly on the day.
- Campaign Delivery: Support the planning and execution of campaigns across all three verticals, including promotions, product launches, and brand partnerships. You'll coordinate across internal teams and external suppliers, keeping things on brief, on time, and within budget.
- Reporting & Analytics: Pull and present monthly performance reports covering social, email, website, and campaign activity. You'll be proactive about sharing what the numbers mean, not just what they are.
- Supporting the Head of Marketing: You'll take meaningful workstreams off the Head of Marketing's plate and contribute to strategic conversations, bringing your own perspective on where opportunities lie.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Free Coffee (obviously)
- Half Price restaurant and Café discount
- Competitive Wage + structured bonus
- Free Gym Membership*
- Cycle to Work Scheme*
- Flexible working opportunities, with a 9-day fortnight working pattern available*
ABOUT YOU:
At least 3-4 years of marketing experience, with a track record of managing social media and content independently. Comfortable shooting and editing your own content, have a genuine creative eye, and bring strong attention to detail to everything you work on. You stay across emerging trends and know how to translate them into ideas that are useful. You're confident working across multiple channels and understand how they work together. Experience running campaigns end-to-end, you're comfortable with performance reporting, and you have a good working knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms. Some experience with events coordination is a bonus. Work well on your own initiative and bring a collaborative, positive energy to the team around you. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and keep things moving. You don't need to be a coffee expert (though you probably drink a lot of it). You do need to care about brand, have an appreciation for food and hospitality, and take what you do seriously.
