THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for hospitality experts to join our Shoreditch kitchen team. Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London's best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens and with this in mind we are always trying to establish outside of the box thinking and waste mitigation techniques. Currently running at 2-3%, we achieve this through fermenting, pickling and reusing our bi-waste where possible. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of senior kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.
